Hello everyone! I have a juicer and love to make juice using apples, kale, spinach, carrots, oranges, or whatever I feel compelled to put through my juicer at the time. I am wondering if anyone out there who likes to juice can give me a hint as to how to count the calories. I also like to make smoothies, but that is a little easier to figure out. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thx! :flowerforyou:

When I juice I search for "fresh carrot juice" or whatever I'm looking for. Takes a while to input, but that's how I do it.

I just started juicing yesterday. Literally. I counted this by creating a recipe with the ingredients and then dividing by the number of juice servings. However, I also at the pulp by making patties out of them. So, I guess I counted my juice concoctions twice!

I wonder if the pulp / fiber contains more calories than the juice. I would love to know the answer to this question!
