Hey there!

My name's Wayne. I'm new here. I'm a 26 year old guy from the UK, weighing in at a staggering 32 stone. I have lost 4 stone since starting, though!

I'm furthering my very long journey, and would really appreciate the friendships and support I may hopefully make here along the way.

    Welcome onboard Wayne, very much new to this myself and trying to get my head around it all. 28yrs old and trying to get my fitness back on track after taking a couple years off due to injury.
