I was going to the gym religiously, lifting heavy 5 days a week for months. Got stuck at around 20 pounds lost and quit. Gained it all back plus some. As of this morning, I'm up to 267. Not even my highest, but still a terrible number to see. I'm going to Canada at the end of June and we'll be camping and hiking and all that good stuff that's extremely uncomfortable to do at my size, plus I'll have a new niece or nephew in December so I need to get it together! Headed back to the gym and trying to stick to 1500 calories a day to start. Looking for friends so we can keep each other motivated. Feel free to add me
