Keto and a cold - have the sniffles ever beaten you?

I've heard that remaining in keto during a cold is good due to the anti-inflammatory benefits of the diet. I've also read that chicken broth is a savoir and to keep drinking plenty fluids.
My strategy will also now include eating close to maintenance calories - expect no weight loss but I do expect to get better! Still unsure as to whether to go to an aerobics class.....
Has anyone found a cold ruined there progress? If so what was it that pushed you way off track??
