I did it!

Just returned from a week's vacation. I was worried that I'd sabotage all of my hard work. I got on the scale this morning and had only gained half of a pound. That could even be water weight, so I may have even maintained. We did a LOT of walking, and I tried to make good choices when eating. I had alcohol as well. (After all, it was a vacation.:) I drank lots of water. Eating right is a lifestyle change and once it becomes habit, it's easier than I thought to stick with it. Just wanted to toot my own horn!

Congrats! I'm going on a cruise to Bermuda for 7 days in June and then on to 2 weeks in Cape Cod to visit family and eat Lobstah Rolls! I am a little worried because I should just be at my goal weight right at the time I leave for my cruise. My family runs a 10k on July 4th, so I do plan on keeping in shape for that, but I will probably have to spend the rest of the summer getting back to goal weight.0
