My arm and leg measurements are almost always different between sides of the body. Most people have one side that they favor so it will be slightly stronger & bigger too.1

Thanks all. I broke my 'now thinner' leg years ago and lost all the weight in it while it was casted for three months. I think possibly it means the weight in that leg hasn't been around as long as the weight in my left leg, so perhaps it's shifted quicker. It definitely feels more like muscle in my right than my left, which is just a bit flabby. I also definitely use my right leg more so more muscle there does make a lot of sense. I hadn't thought about stairs, I go up and down stairs a lot and always start off on my right!
I'm reasonably young so hoping there's nothing serious underlying (feel fine in myself) so I'm thinking I just need to keep doing what I'm doing and I'll even out eventually!0
