Do you run?

Looking for like minded MFP friends. I've completed my weightloss journey and now starting the next chapter in my life. I want to run a half marathon this year. I currently run 4 to 5 miles during the work week and an 8 to 10 on the weekend. Would appreciate advise and motivation from experienced runners and others like me on a similar journey.     Haven't used any of these personally so I can't comment. Personally, I think I've decided that 10k is as far as I ever want to run, I prefer my time on a bike.

    I'm considering a half as well, like in November. My mileage is poor during the week but I'm looking to fix that and I race every weekend. I just did my first 10K yesterday. Feel free to add me.

    Is your weekend run 8-10 miles for one run? Same question for the weekday runs - 4-5 miles total or 4-5 miles per run?

    Dewd- Yes the 4 to 5's and 8 to 10 mile runs are one run.
