Been doing it for 3 weeks, took just 2 days off, lost 5 lbs, ate all the normal things I'd been eating when I was stuck in a plateau. I.f. is keeping me more honest on my totals and I'm not picking and snacking

Something like 10-12 pounds in the first month, including noob gains (or losses in that case)

How much weight you lose while doing IF will depend on your calorie deficit. IF is just an eating pattern that can make keeping a deficit easier.

I've been kind of eating like IF most of my life since teenage years - I've never been big on breakfast. I just ate too much otherwise! As I've gotten older, busier, and started working on my weight my window has shrunk to about 5 hours. When it comes to actively losing weight, I think the most I've lost in a month was around 15 lbs, when I was a lot heavier and could manage more rapid loss without a drastic calorie cut.

What I ate is a big question - we're talking a whole month! I tend to eat a lot of fruits and veggies (mostly raw just because I tend to invest my most time in the evening meal each day and it's often more prepared meals like lasagne or curry), sweet/regular potatoes on occasion, chicken, eggs, lean beef/veggie crumbles, whole wheat pasta/gnocci, plain whole milk greek yogurt, cottage cheese, dark chocolate, and soy milk. My night meal each day is usually some combination of either a big plate of veggies w/yogurt or cottage cheese dip, a bowl of greek yogurt w/fruit, or an omelette. I find if I get plenty of protein, fiber and fat the rest kind of comes together as far as hunger goes.
