I recently start eating 2, slices of organic oatnut bread with natural peanut butter for my lunch. I feel very energetic, but is it s healthy lunch?

Why wouldn't it be? What do you mean by "healthy?"

Sounds fine to me. Protein, fat, carbs and fibre are all covered :+1:

Wouldn't work for me, too many calories (depending on your bread), too little protein, more carbs than I want for a lunch meal. But hey, that's the beauty of this, it's all personal preference and what works for you.

Same here. I ate oatnut bread for a while but at 120 calories a slice that can put a dent into my calories.

Do you like it? Does it keep you full? Does it fit into your calorie and nutrition goals for the day? Do you suffer from any negative effects after eating it? Those are the important things. If it works for you, then great! If it doesn't then you might want to change it up.

Yup that's good but you'd need more food than that

Have no idea I do not eat bread at all aside from doing low carb for medical issues I also do gluetin free and not a fan of gluetin free breads and pasta so I just do not eat any of that kind of stuff any more and most of the time I do not miss it
