So exactly 6 weeks ago I uploaded some pictures to show progress and at that time it was requested that I do the same at 12 weeks so here are the results.
Starting at 242.. fluffy bunny
6 weeks in lost 19 lbs and sitting at 223 lbs
Today, 12 weeks in lost 32 lbs.. sitting at 210.
I have been following a 1200-1400 cal a day diet and working out 3 days a week and doing cardio 2 days a week plus golf on the weekends.. golf burns a ton of cals..
I still have a long way to go..

Maybe it is time to start eating the minimum calories recommended for men- 1500. (Weigh your food with a scale and liquids with cups for greater accuracy.)
It will help you to retain muscle and stay healthy long term.
Eating back your exercise calorie is expected by MFP. That is how it is set up. Enter your exercise and eat back 50-75%. Adjust so that you are on goal to lose a healthy 2 lbs a week maximum.
