Secret under the desk exercise

Do you know any exercise you can do secretly while sitting at the desk?
I heard you can put piece of paper between your knee and squeeze while sitting to train your inner thigh muscle.
Do you know any others? :)

    bring figure 8 resistance bands and a pilates circle and do hip adductions and abductions under your desk. or you could get a desk cycle. they have very small pedal cranks, so not too much motion.

    calf raises, just make sure your seat is low enough, attach a resistance band to the bottom of your chair, closest to where your feet are, and the other end to where your quads and knees are
