Find a reason or couple on why you want to lose weight. Keep those in mind and know that it will take time, work and effort to achieve your goals. You are the only one that can make yourself lose weight but how much do you really want it?

If you've been CONSISTENT with diet and exercise, weight loss should still continue. If you've been going off plan (even for a day or so) it's NOT a plateau since that's 6 weeks or more with no weight movement if you've done the above consistently.
It's actually hard to get into a plateau.
