Hi MFP family,

Lately I have been feeling very tired in the mornings. I have been sleeping well. I was just wandering what would be good to eat or drink to give me a boost in the morning to give me my energy levels back

    Water or coffee in terms of drinking. Food could be some fruit or even fruit and oats. Depends what kind of energy you want. If you want a caffeine jolt or more of a energy derived from carbs.

    Oatmeal? Berries? Protein powder? Water...hot tea with caffeine...a few of my favorite things!

    It could be anything, if you're eating too little. What's your calorie goal, height and weight? Do you hit your goal every day? What do you do make sure you're logging correctly?
