Small Town, Big Goals

I live in a small town that does not have a gym and I work third shift. My goal is to lose about 50 pounds. I know I can do it but it really helps having other people with the same goal encouraging you

I use to not think very highly of myself (physically and mental/emotionally), now i'm retraining my brain (and stomach lol) to see the pretty in this live instead of the ugly0

I use very little equipment for my workouts. I have a exercise bike, a normal bike some weights, treadmill and a cross trainer. Now you could get away with maybe just a bike and running/walking and a few cheap weights for strength. I am only 5kg down but its working so far.
Good luck0 -
Thanks. I have an "ab coaster" at home, i have been using that. Yesterday I started to try to do a few push-ups, which I really need to work on. With the weather warming up were I live I think I just might start riding my bike around0
