What category of exercise class?

It's a combination of cardio (jumping jacks, mountain climbers, sprints, etc.) alternating with strength (curls & squats, shoulder presses & lunges, crunches & oblique twists, etc.) with body weight, hand weights and resistance bands.
I logged it as general aerobics, but would cross training or something else be more accurate?

You could use circuit training even if the format isn't exactly a circuit.1

I typically put everything in as circuit training if it is some type of aerobic activity. Just know that if you aren't using a heart rate monitor the number MFP or the machines give you is likely overestimated.1

Yep, i'd classify it as circuit training.0

@mostein I always assume MFP (and every other "calorie counter") overestimates and manually decrease calorie burn0
