Under 30 with a lot to lose!

Hello! Been a big girl since the womb and am giving this another shot. I've tried over and over for the last decade, but hopefully this is the last time I'm beginning again. I've got an overwhelming amount of weight to lose. My goal is to lose 90 lbs by this time next year... and then we'll see what happens.

The things that I struggle with:
  • Not getting bored with food (the only meat I eat is chicken... occasionally pork)
  • Finding time to plan and cook meals (yay, 50 hour work weeks!)
  • Waking up early enough to get in a walk
  • Mustering up the energy to exercise after work
  • Drinking enough water

So, after talking with my doctor, my goal is to walk 20 minutes per day (to start). I bought a treadmill months ago and it's just taking up room in my office! I'm also going to dedicate some time on the weekends--30 minutes or so--to coming up with quick, healthy meals.

I'd love some buddies with similar goals, or even those who have had success with their journey and are maintaining!

Hi. Feel free to add me. Sounds like you could use quick 15-20 minute workouts and good meal prep during the weekend if that's when you have time.
