New here!

Hey guys, so I'm new to this app. My goal is to take off alot of my weight. I have, so far, lost 30-35 pounds but want to loose some more. Any tips on stuff like, healthy foods or recipes or light exercise would be very much appreciated. Thank you, sweets! And don't be shy to hmu, I love to help too! :)

    well you did the first step already, commitment. check out my boy "millionaire hoy" on YouTube. he's got awesome workout videos(short and effective)
