Just need some advice, what works for people, what doesn't. i know everyone is different and I am trying to do my research, trying to figure out what will work for me.. so far, i have been working out continuously for little over a month, been eating pretty healthy.. still no change in the scale.. I've had the app for awhile but only recently started taking it really serious and making sure i log everything.

Hi, katywebb24! Kudos to you for being consistent with your workouts! Are you challenging yourself when you exercise? The body is an amazingly adaptable, so having a variety of exercises day-to-day (cardio, weights, balance, etc) is helpful. Where have your calories and macros been during the time you've tracked your food intake? Have you noticed any changes in the way your clothes fit? Results don't always show on the scale. Feel free to message me if you want to chat about it more and add me as a friend for support and encouragement.0
