Hello,
I'm new to using MFP. Downloaded it a long time ago but haven't been using it. About a year ago I started my weight loss journey with a program offered through my gym. Used their app instead. I have lost 70 pounds and am officially graduated from the program but still have 20 or so pounds to lose and decided to use MFP instead of their app. Love it so far. Am considering upgrading to the premium, mostly so I can turn off the feature that adds calories back in for workouts. I like running, biking and hiking. Looking forward to meeting others here!!

    Karen, congrats on your weight loss! Im working on the last 20. I also enjoy cycling (20-25 miles daily) and kayaking. You are welcome to add me.

    Hi karen i am new to MFP, i also like hiking and bike riding... Looking for friends to help keep myself motivated and to help motivate them too
