not new to mfp but need to get back on track!

I started almost 2 months ago and did great. However I haven't been keeping on track the last couple weeks and I'm really just looking for motivation. I'm very busy and hardly have time for home cooked meals. Any suggestions for a busy bee trying to get the most out of diet and excercise

There are a lot of things out there to eat that are good for you that do not take a lot of time to eat or prepare I recently put a bowl of fruit in my fridge oranges and bananas pears when I want a snack I go to that also there some very healthy TV dinners out there these day just read labels Find something fun and do it so it does not seem like a chore I love to swim so I go do that0
