Hi. I am a 44 Yr old grandmother with multiple sclerosis and fibro. I am wondering if anyone here has health problems that make it hard to exercise. I have been counting calories religiously since March and went from 275 to 243 but I am wondering if counting calories is enough.

Yep counting calories is enough.. Especially with health related limitations.
Exercise is a huge plus in weight loss, but not definitely not something you have to do to continue on with your weight loss.
Has your doctor recommended any types of exercising or activities you can do? I would check there first before I did anything exercise related..1 -
Dr has recommended water exercises and I went and got an above ground pool and I try to swim around for 2 hours a day when weather permits2

Sorry about your health problems but yes, counting calories is enough. I hope the water exercises help with your physical issues. Keep counting calories and stay at your goal and you will no doubt start to feel better. Good luck!0
