Life changes not just short term goal.

Hi
I have dipped in and out of here since my first child 6 years ago. I think I always pushed too hard, sickened myself and went straight back to my familiar and comfortable bad habits.

Time to change one bad habit at a time for me and my family. Sometimes time just seems like the enemy. I try so hard to plan meals ahead then I miss one and struggle to get back on track.
I also am very restricted to exercise I can do. Medically not allowed to do any kind of lifting (yeah that's possible with a 4 year old!!) or impact, rules out my much loved Zumba. I have been walking and just started Callenetics. I can feel the slightest improvement after 4 hours. Fingers crossed.
Any other busy patents have any tips or hints?
