Juicers - What do you do with the pulp?

I made my first juice yesterday and was amazed at all the pulp it created. Not wanting to waste it, I set aside the kale to add to a quinoa salad later on and made paddies out of the rest. I covered the paddies with ground flaxseed and put them in the oven with some olive oil. The paddies consisted of turnips, beets, kolhrabi and carrots.
I would love some other suggestions on what to do with the pulp.
Next question, since I drank the juice AND ate the pulp, how does this rack up in calories? I assume the juice probably has fewer calories than the pulp.

I don't juice but this stuff has 'fall bakeables' written all over it. Add some ground beef and diced potatoes and salt/spices to the pulp, half-freeze it until the works is like slush for the sake of easy handling, wrap the slush in what's basically pie crusts, and freeze the end result for baking later.0
