New to all this

Hi folks,

I've just started using the app. Haven't exercised in years or dieted ever. Nearly 40 and currently 15 stone. Aim to get down to 13 stone through eating healthier and exercising daily.

First couple of days have been encouraging. I find I'm not snacking because I'm watching my calories and it feels great when you're under any goals.

Hope I can stick it. Know it's not going to be easy but the app has given me a real buzz and motivation.

It would be good to keep in touch with others on the same path. Good luck with all your individual efforts to get in shape!
