How would you log excerise dvds?

i just completed the Biggest loser jump start exercise DVD and I'm at a loss as to what ti should log it as. Dose any one know?

I have a heart rate monitor - probably the best way as it is telling you what YOU did - not some random guestimate.... Try interval training maybe?0

Mapmyrun has an app where you can manually log dvds(not sure if that one is listed, but the list is thorough) and you can probably find something comparable if it is not on there. It's database for exercises is huge.0

When I first started before I purchased a HRM I would use calisthenics for DVDs like Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and Slim in Six. Once I got my HRM it was nice to see they were fairly close in calories burned.0
