You will with that attitude. Read, learn, and do it properly. The main forums have a plethora of stickied topics that give advice on how to get started. Wallowing in self pity won't help the weight come off.2

I would not waste my money on weight loss programs like herbal one. A lot of them are fad diet plans that may work but are not designed for lifelong weight management. You have to learn good eating and exercise habits. The key is getting a good, healthy diet with the right amounts of protein, fats and carbs and stay below your caloric goal. Getting a good amount of exercise (mixture of weights and cardio) will help a lot. If you exercise right, you'll be able to eat and not really be hungry much, and if you are it shouldn't last long as your body will adjust. The main problem that many people seem to have is sticking to a controlled eating plan and getting, and staying, active. It takes about 6 months for something to form into a habit. Get into the right mindset and refuse to get out of it for at least 6 months and you'll be surprised at how much easier it becomes.1

Fad diets and paid programs require too much effort and rarely work. Calories in and calories out is the base of weight loss. Learn to cook if you don't already. You'll be surprised in how much more nutritional value you'll get from whole foods vs prepackaged rubbish. The best way to drop it and keep it off is by doing it in a non stressful way. If you need someone to help you can add me up. There a lot of us on here who have pretty much the same goals as you.0

All of this. Even if you have to start with small incremental changes; forward movement -- no matter how minute -- are better than none at all.0
