I'm really going to buckle down and log in daily and keep my calories under 1200 each day. I will also be adding exercise at least three times a week. Who's with me? B)

    Really trying to stay under my calorie limit it's so hard for me! Ughh I do workout 4-5 times a week want to do 5-6 a week. Currently doing Jillian Michael's ripped in 30 and slim in 6. Exercise is easier for me then eating
