Over worked, under exercised

It's hard to fathom I completed a Marathon a little over 2 years ago, as well as was down to 165lbs. Since that time, I started working a second job (~90 hours per week between both jobs) and have essentially ceased exercising at all. I have gained a substantial amount of weight, lost a lot of motivation, am always tired, and my health isn't anywhere near where I want it to be. I'll be honest in that I am where I am due to choices I have made.
A planet fitness has opened up right next to my second job, so I figured the least I could do is spend the $10 per month and just head in to work a little early to work out before the second job each day.
I don't think I want to get into running like I had been. Running a marathon was quite a feat, but it consumed just as much time as working two jobs and it wasn't any fun to me. I enjoyed the half marathon distance and will consider working back to that once more, but I need to get to 5k condition before I can seriously think of that. I would like a more balanced approach which includes lifting, bicycling and other activities as well.
My wife and I are working on starting a family soon. My family history of heart problems and diabetes has me worried I am on a trajectory for a short life span which will make it so I cannot enjoy being a father, being a good role model, as well as the negative impacts poor health would bring upon my family.
I'm looking for friends and support who work too much and what they do to incorporate healthy eating and what they do to stay on task.
