combine snacks and unhealthy foods in a diet

I have a question,I lost like 6 kg,
and after about five months of eating healthy,
I broke my diet with a huge binge attack.
that lasted until about a month.
now I am able to maintain my health.
and I'm able to eat the same amount of food I was eat before I began to suffer from a binge.
But this time I made a number of changes,
this time because of this app I keep on counting the calories I eat a day,
and I allow myself to eat almost everything,
(salty snacks, cookies with sugar, chocolate cubes,And more...)
Tersely, I added to my daily food menu foods that are less healthy.
So my question is,if its okay to combine snacks and unhealthy foods in my diet?
provided that it doesn't exceed my daily goal

That's the only way I eat.
    CICO.
    (Calories in, calories out.)

If you can fit all the tasty devils in your goal for the day..
    Pig away!

Food is food. Eat less of it than you burn and you will lose.

To add to the top post, I'm not the type of person who can eat only
salads and vegetables. That's the fastest way to kill off all of my motivation
and drive and that's the reason in the past I gained everything back.

I eat what I want, whenever I want, and keep it within my goal range.
Pasta, cake, juices, steaks, homeless people.
As long as you eat less than you burn, you're good to eat whatever.

Yes, you can eat anything you want and still lose weight. # of calories for weight loss.

Meeting nutritional goals = overall health and body composition.

Many people here follow the 80/20 rule. Eat healthy most of the time, but allow for treats in moderation. That way you get the best of both worlds.

you sure can like they say if it fits your macros, but remember, foods like donuts, cupcakes, candies etc may fit your macros, but for overall healthy it is still better to find an alternative option. There was a study done where a guy ate nothing but mcdonalds and oreos and lost weight, now keep in mind weight loss is good but you prob will loose a lot of muscle mass that way also if when you go to recover your body doesn't have the right nutrients it needs and you might not get optimal results. depends on your goals etc though
