IIFYM help me!!!!

I am very new to this concept. I understand how to calculate my macros and calories. However, putting that into a meal plan seems to be something I can't quite grasp. I would like to have something that tells me... Okay have 1 cup of oatmeal and 1 cup of blueberries for breakfast and that will equal your macros, then lunch have 1 cup of brown rice and 4 oz of chicken and that will equal your macros and so on.....
If any of you are doing this can you tell me how you figured this out?
