Hey everyone. Do you weigh your protein and log is raw or do you weight and log after it has cooked? Thank you
Example, tonight I am baking bone in riblets. Not really sure the proper way of logging this.

I would weigh your portion after it's cooked, bone and all, weigh the bones and other remains after you're done, and subtract that from your original weight to get what you should log.2

Just make sure you use a calorie count
for cooked meat if you weigh after cooking.0 -
You can do either. I prefer to do cooked, since I just dish up what I want. I often roast my chicken so I look up "roasted chicken breast usda grams" I know it sounds jumbled but what I want is always right there. Matching the entry used to what you do is key, if you want to do raw go for it but use an entry that specifies raw or the method of cooking you used.1
