Sometimes I feel like I'm 'stuck in a rut'... would love to hear other's thoughts on this? :)

Excuses for eating too much. I've given them up. There are no excuses for that.

If I get fit/thin/skinny and I'm still unhappy, then wtf is wrong with me? If I get fit/thin/skinny ... Is that my "full potential". Isn't there more than that?

Afraid of maintenance - once I get to where I want to be - what if I can't keep it up? What if I give up - again?

This is common and there's nothing wrong with you if you don't suddenly have a "perfect" life simply due to losing weight. It's such a common thought process, though. Losing weight and getting healthy will always improve your life but it won't magically erase any problems unrelated to that.

I tend to have self-sabotage tendencies so my answer to the OPs question is ME and only me is what holds me back. But, as long as I keep trying that's all I can do.

Tired. I'm angry that I have to try so hard at everything (not just weight maintenance/fitness).

My muscles, having to skip workouts or shorten them because my legs are cramping up or just too sore. Very disheartening when you WANT to do it.
