Just wondering, the minute you've reached your goal you can start maintenance? I'm fast approaching and don't want to lose my progress. About 2lbs away...

    BTW - if "fast approaching" in terms of speed of loss you might want to consider starting to walk up your calories now.

    Just up your calories slowly at about a 100 per week and you should be fine.

    I did. Yes I gained a couple pounds but it leveled off after a week.
