So when weighing food on a scale how do you create an entry with the
-Serving Size
-Number Of Serving
Nutrition Information

How do I translate the nutrition information that I calculated from
the food I weighed to MyFitnessPal.
I am recently new to weighing my food & in due time I will get the hang of it.

A lot of food is already in the MFP database. If you're eating packaged food with a barcode just use the scan feature and alter the serving size to reflect what your scale shows.
If you're recording your fresh fruit and veg or meat, look in the database for an appropriate entry. The ones with the green ticks mean MFP have verified them as correct otherwise make sure you check the nutritional info carefully as it has been input by another user and may be wrong. Perhaps Google a trusted source to check what the info SHOULD be. Once you've used an entry once you will reuse the same one over and over so it won't be such a cumbersome activity.
You can also input your own recipes in the recipe function, listing the nutritional info for each ingredient to work out the approx info for a serve (i.e. if your whole recipe weighs 1.2kg and includes all those ingredients then a 300g serving would have approx a quarter of all the calories, protein, fat etc). It's fairly straightforward once you get the knack.
    Good luck.
