Or calorie goals met. This is the atta girl/atta boy thread so we get all our WTGs in.

Ran 2.5 miles barefoot @ 6.0 MPH, then ran another 2.5 miles with shoes... Started and finished with 5 minutes of walking. HRM reports 1100 cals burned. Yay0

My soul mate exercise is road biking. This weekend I'll have 1,006.5 miles in for the year ... halfway to 2013 miles in 2013. Great cardio workout burning 400 calories / hour plus I get to enjoy Northern Michigan at 17 mph.0

Rest day!!!! Yesterday I had a race (9:19 pace) and did Stronglifts 5x5, tomorrow I have another race and I will be doing Stronglifts 5x5 as well lol. I basically only run and lift.

Usually I just do the 30 Day Shred, but today I went on a five mile bike ride and walked/jogged for a little bit too!0

Oh my it makes me so happy to tell other people WTG!!!!! Seriously I like that a bit more than getting my own WTG even though that's fun too. It goes to show you though that we can be dedicated to better health even if we don't have constant affirmation. It's still important though cuz it just is. XOXO everyone.0

Today was massive cardio day with girlfriends.
60 mins elliptical - 542 cal
15 mins Adaptive Motion Trainer - 165 cal
20 Min bike at 10 resistance - 146 cal
25 Treadmill walk 3min, run 1 min - 158 cal
2 hours for 1010 calories. Thankfully we only do that once a week.0 -

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.0
