Please help, Any home remedies for ankle pain?

Hey all.
I have been exercising too much for 6 months. This week I'm suffering from ankle pain any home remedies please do tell.
Its severe pain in ankle I can't move any body else suffered from this pain?
Can't wait to go back to my old routine. Bored at home(Bed).

Please do help.

    I fell in December and ripped 3 ligaments. Was in pain until I started physical therapy, about 6 weeks later, when my cast came off. Now, 5 months later, I'm done and I can basically do everything I used to.

    Do things the right way, see a dr and take his or her advice. Until then, rest!

    Especially if a few days rest hasn't helped it
