Too focused on what I HAVEN'T lost yet. . .

And not enough on what I HAVE accomplished so far.

I feel off the horse, or something like that. I spent a month not really paying that close attention to what I ate, I only tracked what was convenient for me to track.
I don't know what happened really.
I am not letting that stop me from keeping up with everything, but now I'm having a hard time with my self image because I've sunken back into that weird mindset I get where I'm too focused on what I have left before I feel like I can be 'sexy' again.
The worst part is that I know that shouldn't be thinking this way, especially if I want to keep motivated.

Anyway, I decided I needed to focus on what I've already accomplished instead and went and made a picture to help me see it. I wanted to share with others in case there was someone in the same boat.
