Weighing Frozen Meals

The majority of the meals I eat are homemade but on occasion I eat a Stouffers Fit Kitchen meal and just thought about the calories and actual weight of the meal, since with some I don't eat part of the meal. So how I do I accurately log this.
Example for 1 meal the weight on the package is 404g and and after cooking I weighed it at 395g but I didn't eat the green beans and weighed those at 61g, also I weighed the tray and it was 35g. So what do I log and how?
Are the calories on the package for the food weight or the food plus the tray weight?

I don't sweat frozen meals, I don't weigh them. Green beans don't have many calories and personally I'd just count the entire meal. You can't know how much you didn't eat because you don't know the weight of each ingredient in the meal.2

For the food frozen without the weight, probably. It's usually in the state it comes in unless they specify 'cooked'.
You could weigh the whole thing frozen then subtract the weight of the tray once you're done. I wouldn't even remove the beans weight, it's probably 20 calories or something anyway.1 -
I don't weigh preportioned foods like Lean Cuisines. Meals like those = food scale vacations!0

The occasional frozen meal, I'd just log what's on the box.1

You can always do a negative adjustment for the green beans. I think it can only be done on the computer, not the app. Log the beans as a negative serving. But they are so low in calories if it were me I probably wouldn't bother.2
