Hi everyone!!
I weigh 150-160 and am 5'6. I've stayed at this weight pretty constantly for the last five years. I really want to get to 135 to challenge myself, raise my self esteem and overall feel amazing. It's really difficult because even though I eat clean, I have big portions. So no matter how much I exercise, I don't lose weight. I'm hoping this app with tracking the calories, as well as the community will help me on my journey feel free to add me, i'd love the support

Eating 'clean' is absolutely no guarantee of losing weight. You admit you eat big portions, so there's your issue right there. You will only lose weight when you consume less than you burn each day. Regardless of what you eat.2 -
Welcome and buy a food scale. That will help and make sure your eating appropriate amounts.1

The app and the community will be a great help to you. Read the sticky messages in the Discussion Home for everything you'll ever need to know about your dream body. You can collect a lot of friends, and sometimes they'll try to cheer you on and cheer you up, but the real magic happens inside your own head when you learn to use the power of knowledge which this app has placed in your hand. I've been using it for 4 months. I absolutely am thrilled to have the power of this knowledge in my hands. You are presently about the size of my wife. I am presently 44 lb less than she's ever known me before. And I thought I was pleased with myself 4 months ago to be 'the same weight as when I married her' 33 years ago.
In 4 months I've learned more about nutrition, my relationship with food, exercise, and my relationship with exercise than I could have imagined even being ignorant of prior. Each noob who starts a thread like this is another potential quitter. Please don't be a quitter. Be a stayer.
