3 days of bingeing = 2 kilo weight gain in a week

This is what happened to me this week. Just thought i would share for educational purposes and maybe inspire people to not binge. The aftermath is painful

Yes you are proving that more calories in adds weight.2

unless you ate over 14,000 calories above maintenance in three days, which would be hard to do, a lot of the weight you see is more food than you usually eat still moving through your body and probably some water retention.3

All joking aside, ^^ this. Most of it is probably just water weight. Get right back to it and the majority of the weight will be gone in the next few days.0 -
I am very sorry you had this terrible experience and I did not mean to hurt your feelings. What I said was simply true. I doubt any one person here feels good when they have an unplanned craving and cave to it, resulting in weight gain.1

If you have a calorie burn watch you can see everything you have to do to burn those calories and then you wont want to binge

If it makes you feel any better, I gained about 6 lbs (2.7 kilos) after a long weekend of too much food and alcohol. But jumped back on the deficit on Monday, and by Wednesday was back down to my pre - weekend weight . .0
