Day 1 - and would love some pals

Hiya,
I injured myself last year and gained back all the weight that I had lost previously and now I need to get it off again and keep it off. I like outdoor activities, biking, hiking and walking my new puppy with my hubby. I need to lose 35-45 lbs.
Need help, need to log, need to have my cute clothes fit me again.

I'm pretty new here and need friends too. Add me if you wish! Your PUPPY will be your godsend! I have a puppy too.... he's eight months old....and another older dog (7 yrs). We walk 10 to 14 KM a day. Its great! I joined up on the July 100 Mile Challenge and today I passed the 50 Mile mark.... not bad for only being the 8th day!

I'm new to MFP too. I've lost several pounds the past month but recently have started to falter and am looking for more motivation. Feel free to add me as a friend because I could definitely use some!
