Hi! I've had the MFP app for a few years but didn't really start using it until a year ago. I've lost 22 lbs so far through diet and exercise. I was also logging my exercise on MFP up until a few weeks ago when I finally got myself a Fitbit (yass!). The Fitbit has made it so much easier for me to understand my TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure).
About six months ago I finally got a good scale and that really upped my logging game! My longest logging streak was 125 days. I figured MFP would be more motivating if I had some friends on here, so feel free to add me!
