I've lost my drive!

Several years ago I lost 150lbs surgery free and all on my own. Went from 500+ pounds to 354 pounds. I hit a major plateau and wasn't seeing any changes whatsoever. No matter what I did, ate, or changed my workouts. At that point I lost my motivation. There are times recently I go to the gym but I've lost focus and the desire to work out. I DO NOT want to go back to where I was. I'm needing SOMETHING or someone to light that fire again to get me back on a schedule.

Only you can find the motivation and willpower to continue with your journey. It happens to all of us I think sometimes .
You will get it back though ,just try and remember why you started in the first place1 -
I am in the same yucky slump! I need motivation0

I don't want to be that person I was before. I can't do it. I seriously feel lost and no direction.0

Been there. Felt that way too. I am so determined not to ever be that person again, but it is a daily struggle. Feel free to add me for support and motivation if you want.0

Just think of how you feel being slimmer, I get a great buzz at the end of a good day, best of luck to you, just keep up the good work xx0

I feel like that sometimes too, for me finding something nice to wear that I really want to look good in, forcing myself back into the gym, listening to something that drives me and pushing myself extra hard.
I went in today and made a personal best after a weeks slump! Now I'm as driven as ever1 -
Before when you lost successfully, most certainly you weren't feeling happy clappy motivated every single day. The difference is you were likely **determined** to get your weight down. You did what you needed to do whether you felt like it or not.
This is what you need to recapture.1
