If you do burn off the calories then its added back on to what you can technically eat, I usually eat back enough to be around 1200 cals a day, there are different thoughts on this, you can search the forms for exercise calories for plenty of discussion

I personally eat back (I burned off 1100 yesterday and the 1300 the day before) if I am hungry (body is telling me it needs food) or till when I get back to around 1200 cals and I am not hungry anymore then I stop eating

Yes you are to increase your calories to compensate for your work out. If you don't hit the full amount it is ok. But if you work out and don't compensate for that you will put your body into starvation mode and won't lose.

I do not eat my exercise calories and still lose weight.

However, if you are ravenous after exercise, you should not refuse fuel, the whole idea of life-changing eating plans is that you should not feel as though you could eat a horse everytime you exercise.
