Stopped loosing :-(

Hi everyone, I'm 29 years old and for the first time in my life I've been really trying to slim down and lose abit of weight. I started off at 10stone and am hoping to get down to 9stone (I'm 5 foot 4)
I've been using MFP and having between 1100 and 1300 calories a day for the past 6 weeks (occasional treats) and having a slim fast shake for lunch. For the first 4 weeks I lost 2lb a week and got down to 9stone 5 relative easily.
Nothing has really changed but for the past 2 weeks I haven't lost at all. I did however have the depo contraceptive injection 2 weeks ago so I'm not sure if that could be affecting things?
Anyhow sorry to ramble on I'm wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for abit of a boost and how I can try and kick these last 5lbs. I've made a real effort to increase the amount of water I drink recently but that still isn't helping! I exercise 2-3 times a week with a mixture of cardio and weight, body attack and swimming.
A typical day would be
Breakfast- used to have branflakes and skimmed milk, last 2 weeks been having 2 boiled eggs
Snack- fresh berries
Lunch- slim fast meal replacement shake
Dinner- fresh fish, prawns or chicken with either rice, rice or wholewheat noodles or wholewheat pasta, carrots, broccoli, peas
Snack- some sort of small 95calorie chocolate bar or a small biscuit.
Any tips people could give me to either shake it up abit or boost me again to try to shed these last few lbs. so frustrating that it was coming off so easily at first!
