Hello every1! I'm Crystal and I'm from a small town in WV. I started my weight loss journey back in March and to date I have lost 24.4lbs. My goal is to lose 100lbs within a year. I'm a huge fan of Richard Simmons Sweating To The Oldies to wich I owe most of my success so far. I hope to get to know more people on the same journey as me :)
