Hello, I'm Crystal from WV. I'm a stay at home mom with 4 beautiful children. I started my weight loss journey back in March weighing my heaviest at 250lbs. I am now down to 226lbs. My goal is to lose 100lbs within a year. I hope to get to know some people going thru the same journey as me.
