The Winter is Coming: Help

I used to wake up at 04:45 and hit the gym at 5-6:15am. Now I can't even be bothered getting up, cause its too cold and too dark! I the evening it's the same feeling. Help, anyone? How do you keep motivated?

    We are entering summer so it's light here but exercise is so engrained in me now that even when it's super cold and dark at 4:50 when I get up I still get up even in the winter. I know how good I feel after my exercise and how terrible I feel if I don't get it in. So my alarm goes off and I get up immediately.

    i slept in my work out clothes. had my lunch and gym bag packed.
    then all i had to do was to roll out of bed

    Can you work out at home? there are lots of DVD programs that you can do at home, so you don't have to go to the gym when is cold and dark.
