Any tips/ideas for exercising at home. I don't have any weights, or equipment. I have p90x. But I really don't know where to start. Thank you!

I started by walking at home and doing taebo. You can do it!

Download the Sworkit app. It will create a routine of exercises for you based on the type of thing you're after (lower/upper body, pilates, cardio, etc) and the time you tell it you have to exercise. It's free, doesn't require equipment, and you can skip certain exercises if you want to as well (I avoid burpees).

If you can get onto YouTube, doing some Zumba or other dance workouts are just fantastic!

Check Fitnessblender.com they have lots of workouts that use no equipment and all fitness levels. They also have a youtube channel.

Body weight exercises. Push ups, squats, walking lunges, burpees, jumping jacks, calf raises, inverted push ups, crunches, hip bridges... all can be done from home with no equipment and no cost!

YouTube is your best friend. I especially enjoy the walking videos on YouTube. It's so hot where I live, and I don't always like to use my treadmill, so the videos are perfect. Including "no equipment" as a part of your search will give you tons of options. There's always something new to try.

Good ol Billy! This is where I started out too so many years ago. I have since moved on to BB workouts like; Focus T-25, TurboFire, Insanity, and Insanity Max 30.
