Words of wisdom/Self confidence!!

So i keep making different threads like this, Sorry, But I think its helpful for everyone to read XD and some bits of advice may actually help erase a future question or two from the threads :P Besides, We all get down sometimes, So its good to have some insight on how others handle/think of things

What are some general words of wisdom/Lessons you learned the hard way. What would you tell your child for advice, Or your best friend. Whether it be about self love or life or diet/weight loss/management. Maybe even a quote you heard that changed the way you looked at something.

One of my big realizations were, No one is looking at me if im out huffing and puffing like im dieing trying to run. No one cares as much as i do so i could relax a bit. I mean, Do you judge all the runners you see? Probably not.

And one of my favorite quotes, That I think ties into health alot actually now im thinking of it

"Preconceived notions are the locks on the door to wisdom."

Its kind of like never judge a book by its cover, But I take it more to mean do your research, Make up your own mind, And always question what others say if it seems unreasonable to you. When that comes to diet, All of those different diets people swear by, Just because it works for them, It may not for you. And definatly don't make huge life choices off just what a few people or one website tells you.

What little knowledge eggs do you guys have? (sorry mine are kind of dry i put myself on the spot to think some up XD ill post more as i think of them)

    -You CAN eat everything, Honestly. Wherever possible find ways to make it healthier, But you can eat it. Just make the portions smaller, And wiggle them into your daily calories.

    -Sometimes drinking a biiig glass of water and waiting 20 minutes makes a craving go away completely.
